I just gave Warder a three-day ban...
...for sending a PM spam pushing his rakeback site to another member, since I saw a note on him from Wookie from this past spring warning him about a similar infraction. Warder was warned he would be permabanned if this occurs again.
So, if you get any further complaints from any members within your forums, feel free to permaban. chesspain |

Wow... the site listed in his profile (rakesource.com) is actually a uBrake clone...
Addict, can you shed any light on this? |

Re: I just gave Warder a three-day ban...
My intent when I left that note was to permaban if there were any more infractions. He's even earned himself a *. I figure we should just ban this guy and let the forums be a better place without him, but I guess since you got there first it's your call.

Re: I just gave Warder a three-day ban...
fwiw, if he is associated with uBrake, then he is an advertiser... and should be handled in a different way.
I'd like some input from PokerAddict on this... Note: I am not saying, that advertisers should be circumventing the rules. |

Re: I just gave Warder a three-day ban...
AFAIK Rakesource is just a skin of Ubrake. The owner of Ubrake is a great guy and I have never known him to spam. He is the previous owner of Betrake and Pokerhold. I would not hold what this guy did against Ubrake at all. I ran the IP's and the owner of Ubrake is nowhere near where Warder is.
IMO punish him as you would anyone else that PM spammed, just don't hold it against Ubrake except for maybe letting him know that one of his skin owners is spamming. AFAIK I have never had any first hand experiences with Warder. |
