Default I Hit a MAJOR milestone today...

So for the past 3 months I've been busting my ass in the gym. In October 2006 I weighed a sickening 202 lbs and I'm 5'10". Far from my wrestling days in HS where I was a ripped 145lbs. Anyway, I got serious this summer and have been lifting pretty hard plus doing around 45 min of cardio each day. Also my attempts to eat clean are going well minus the weekly binge drinking session.

Anyway, my target weight after my plan is 157lbs and I think that would be fine with the muscle mass I have. Well today I stepped on the scale and I am 169 lbs. I also put up 225 4x today which means that I'm not losing a gross amount of muscle mass as I cut down majorly on weight.

It feels good to fit into a 33-34 jean again but I want to be a 31-32 when this is all over. I still feel very good about my progress so far tho. Feeling so good I had to share. Just 12-13 lbs more and I'm golden.

you might actually look like this if you were a wrestler like op at 147...

i could cut to 160 and look pretty good, without dying of malnutrition.

I'm 5' 10" and 155, and I don't look anything close to that. No ribs poking out (though you can feel them if you poke along the side) and my gut ever-so-slightly convex.

I've weighed as little as 125 at my height, but that's after spending months sick. I could probably go as low as 140 and be healthy, though I wouldn't want to try that full time--I was that low at one point this year (my weight wobbles all over between 140 and 170).

I'm a little under 5'10", currently weigh about 169, and would be content to go to 165. Perhaps 160 would be ideal, but it would border on skinny, I think.

On the other hand, I turn 44 in two days and my "ideal weight" is definitely different now than it was 20 years ago.
