5/10 4 bet 150bbs deep

Villian is a good/winning player capable of moves. Runs at 24/17.

Don't have a ton of previous history but so far in this session I have 3-bet him twice in position. (he folded pre both) This was the only significant pot we had played up to this point(100 hands or so):

He just gets to table and opens from sb, I flat from bb w/77. Flop 842 w/f.d. he bets I call. Turn Jo he bets I call. River 7 he bets I call he tables 56.

I'm playing more aggressive than normal isolating a fish a ton but nothing insane.

Check behind, bet/call, bet/fold, turn action if he c/c?

I would try and check it down. probably fold to further action. If he would try to take a stab at this with AK or AQ I think he would do it on the flop.

I would check behind on the flop and probably call a bet on a non-ace or king turn, and fold on the river if he fires again.

Agree with Bill Ivey and AA. Keep the pot as small as you can.

Eh, I hate it, but I fold turn. I dont see him taking this line with a worse hand. Is he playing 88 or AK like this? Doesn't seem likely.

yea I did just fold on the turn. Felt sooo weak; hence my post [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

if you fold turn why call preflop?
