FTP Connection Problems

Doug, how are cash hands in play resolved in these circumstances?

The first tourney in about a million years I get deep in and full tilt goes down *sigh*

I signed up to FTP just last month. I'm withdrawing everything as soon as it comes back up.

No room for blips like this when large amounts of money are on the line.

Very nice to open a thread about connection problems and see that the very first post is from a site representative. Makes it a lot easier to be understanding/patient with good cusomter service.

It was just the first thread I saw listed. I almost asked in my post if that had ever happened before becuase it seemed a little too good to be true. Still a pretty prompt response though.
