So when it comes to the river and you push, although Ak is still in your range here, your range has basically been reduced to one hand, JJ (dont get me wrong, there is certainly still value in AK push here I feel).

Agreed, villains play is a bit illogical with most hands and the hand range he is representing is a bit too narrow.

I would almost never call on the turn and check fold the river here.

FWIW I think bet/bet/bet is a pretty good bluff line to take here unless you think he will c/c three streets with AK or AA here.
