Default WSEX: Official Monthly Thread: April. (#8 of 9.)

Owing to continued demand, again we have a central thread for questions, suggestions, complaints, and general discussion about WSEX.

Keeping everything in one thread helps everyone interested in WSEX to find full information, and those not interested know which thread not to read, so thank you for supporting the idea.

For reference, the previous thread, #7 of 9, is here.

Any WPEX 100NL regulars want to comment on the games?

I've only played a few sessions there, but even to a fairly passive Party player like me it seemed incredibly easy to aggro your way to winning lots of pots. I run at 19/12 on Party but felt like a LAG at the WPEX 100 game.

I agree with this assessment of the WPX NL games. I'm a passive player by nature and even I started pushing the game around. I'm sure there are a few that have played a bit more there and could comment further.

Also question.... I enjoy the use of the sportsbook with the poker room my only concern is that customer service seems to be somewhat slow at times. I requested a withdraw last Tuesday and they said to contact on Wednesday for a FedEx tracking number and still nothing. I think I am annoying them but I don't really care so I check everyday with them for updates.

I have just started playing there to test it out.

Things that bother me in mini view (maybe always):

1. The notes funcion: I hit the notes function then wish to start typing a note. However, it defaults to the colour of font instead of the typing window. So if i start typing "bluff" the font colour goes from black to lime to fuscia without ever typing any words. It is annoying having to hit notes then select the typing window

2. In miniview in front of seat 3 for about an inch and a half if you waive the cursor over it it goes from the arrow to hand cursor because something is there to select (there shouldnt be anything selectable there). When you click the area the options window opens. This is a problem because i tend to hit this area often when multitabling and wish to bring that table to use.

No rake is great
disabling hud use even better

Most of the players at the 100nl games are tight/predictable. Playing an agressive game is probally closer to optimal than playing the normal tight game. There are probally 5-6 regulars in the games that play well. After 2-3 days you should be able to recognize most of the good regulars. The people who i've been making the most money on though are the bad lags. These are the players that make the game good.

deng,

There are no player to player money transfers. Unfortunate, I know.
