AK - too weak? too strong? Opinions?
Sorry - I don't think Bodog has a HH conversion
NL10 I'm UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] with $4.30. I raise .40 Chicago calls he has $25.87 - no reads 2nd orbit Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] pot has .95 in it. I raise .50 - I wanted to raise .70 but slider jerked. Chicago calls - OK - I have him on a flush draw or another Ace. Turn is a 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] excellent pot is $1.95 I bet $1.50 Chicago pushes all in with $25ish. A Set? I have $2.29 MOST deep stack players are either very good or oddly - very bad and like to buy pots because they are "feeling it". Opinions? |

Re: AK - too weak? too strong? Opinions?
You've got less than 1/2 stack starting the hand, this is a pretty easy call imo. Best to keep it topped up when you dip much below 100bb so you can get the most value from your big hands.
I'd bet more on the flop too, I know you said you wanted to bet .7 but I'd make it closer to pot, .85 probably. |

Re: AK - too weak? too strong? Opinions?
My thinking was that a pot size bet was going to fold the action so I was thinking 75% of the pot.
The slider kept going from 40 to 1.10 back and forth and then a pop up window HUD started to act up at the wrong time so I said FK it. Technology love it or hate it. |

Between betting .4 or 1.1 I'd go for the overbet. Flush draws and big aces will still call. If everybody folds then nobody had anything and you wouldn't have got paid anyway.

Call. Could have a lot of hands here. Sometimes you are drawing dead but you should get the money in here.
