What is the standard play here against unknowns ?
If he really had the 5, i think he would've raised the turn
or performed some weird donk on the river. But there's also the flush draw.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, how's he supposed to donk the river?

I'd just call it. I don't really like folding TPTK for a single bet more on the river.

I call and lose most of the time (at 6max you win in this spot more than FR )...but sometimes we catch someone out of line with a worse twopair or on a stonecold bluff. make a note of what he played and what it may imply and move on. profit.
