C-bet sizing is fine on this board. I rarely ever fold turn here though. Either call/call or just shove now w/ stacks.

I'd put him on a pair such as sevens here. If he had a nine, wouldn't he check again if he chose to c/c the flop? He likely sees a non-threatening card and chooses to push against that probable AK that LooseAggressive mentioned. Therefore, I'd shove the turn. I like the pf and flop play also.
