Re: $11 getting desperate with Q3o
if u know he's a weak player and calls with a wide range so would either check here... i don't love push from BB cause he will easily call u

Re: $11 getting desperate with Q3o
i know he probably will be calling with a wide range, but I imagine that I'm flipping alot of the time, which I don't mind here, I'm getting very short and the blinds are a large amount of overlay for me.

Re: $11 getting desperate with Q3o
sure, but i want to see the flop and then decide how to move. U don't have more information but it will be easier to call/fold.

Re: $11 getting desperate with Q3o
if i miss and he pushes, now i have little choice but to fold, even if he's bluffing. i'd rather get my money in preflop than risk having to either fold out of a big pot, or call my whole stack with air.

Re: $11 getting desperate with Q3o
There's probably some situations where you could check in the BB, but I'd push this pf in this spot. You'd be surprised that they'll fold occasionally and you'll even have the best hand a lot.
