Full tilt withdrawl to uk

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to withdraw cash from full tilt to the uk after taking into account neteller fees, or exchange fees etc.?

I have renetly changed site from a uk based site where I could withdraw straight to my bank account, it seems like the US sites like to make it difficult for you to withdraw!
