Default Good Spot to Slowplay KK?

I very rarely slowplay AA and this is the first time I've done so with KK as far as I can remember - not counting shortstack situations etc. Villian in this one thinks I'm FOS and has been 3-betting me big frequently. The last one I called with AQs, flop ragged, he bet pot and I folded - probably weak play on my part. He seems very reckless postflop esp. in 3-bet pots. I thought he must be willing to stack off with very marginal hands or even complete air if he thought he could push me off a hand, which he seemed to think often. Under the circumstances who likes the preflop slowplay and if not why and if so do you think the flop slowplay is pushing it?

Preflop is so standard. You don't have to 4-bet this everytime. I usually raise flop when I just call preflop but with your read and this dry board this is perfectly fine. nh

Based on your read, play looks great. PF is fine to mix it up, and flop call works too. If he's behind, he can't have many outs. Give him a chance to keep spewing.

Preflop is pretty standard if his range is wide. Flop you can push or call, hand is fine overall.
