Using a Mouse for Xbox 360?

I hate playing fps games with dual analog sticks since a mouse gives you superior control and speed IMO. So would it be worth getting this device ? The review is positive, but it reads like an advertisement. So I read IGN's reviews and it says it's horrible. Can anyone chime in with their opinion?

If it's true what IGN says about the terrible performance of the mouse portion, sounds like there's not much to consider with this thing.

Yep, and I trust IGN more than the site that sells this stuff.
