kit i tend to agree but a couple things are important:

realizing it's slow, much slower than online, and variance is higher, so it will take a looonnnggg time for your true winrate to show up sometimes

not being scared of the money and thus not pushing small edges

not killing yourself out of boredom/frustration/etc

other things as well

I've said it many times:

Bankroll restrictions are for pros and wusses.

I wish the stock market was looking as good! Some nights I'm afraid to play, scared that it will all come crashing down...

I must be the second one.

I'd like to add 'Americans' to the list, since the lost of neteller...

I've not really investigated the current deposit/withdrawal options open to USA (pronounced OO-sa) citizens yet... half because my wife turns to me sometimes and says, "How much do you have in poker?" Right now I respond "6-8 weeks, baby."

Thank you Frist! (it's over used, but I'm sure this is a good time to /duck and run for cover)

edit: so maybe I should add 'Married persons w/family and mortgages that aren't degenerates'

Yeah forgot that one, I actually use more stringent br requirments playing .25/.50 online than I ever did for $5/$10 because I don't want to screw with deposits.

Of course I'm exaggerating but my point is that I don't think RoR is so terrible if you're psychologically prepared for it, certainly not at small stakes where it's often really easy to reload.

Lolmaha is a game of absolute nuts. And that is not only the players.

I bet you thought you had an eight high straight flush, tee-hee.

I guess there aren't any bad-beat jackpot in omaha, as things like this happens so often, the jackpot would never get to be that high.

What did villain swear in the chat afterwards? Or did you hear dying sounds like a rattling throat or something? Or the asploding of a head.

At Four Winds, you need to be holding quad Jacks or better to be eligible for the Omaha BBJ. And that's live, so I can't imagine what the threshold would have to be for an online BBJ.
