Yeah, but I think his pf coldcall range after timing down a ton is made up 99-JJ instead of larger pairs and AK.

I don't think villain's range consists of pairs 10 10 or lower. He most likely has jj+, maybe ak. Check behind, and hope to get to showdown for free.

I'm not usually one for small 3bets, but I don't like your 3bet size here. I'd much rather make it like 4500 to allow you to fold to some shoves, and allow you to induce some 4bets. As played, your essentially telling him your hand is good enough to willingly put in 28BB to win &lt;5.

I'm not folding to any shoves ever though, right?

I felt like a small 3b to induce a light 4b just wasn't really going to work ever. It seemed pretty transparent.

I basically sized my 3b to make it look like a size i'd use with my whole range.

I feel like BB in this spot just tends to be a bad player who's trying to abuse the bubble but doesn't know how. Either that, or he can't fold AQ (or AT, or A7).

Let's see a turn card/his action, since we're never shoving here.
