Default Curious situation with 44

I run into this situation quite often at 5NL. For a generally passive villain, (majority of villains at 5NL) do we call with odds for set value, or 3-bet this from position. Speaking for pretty much anytime we get a small PP behind a limped and then min raised pot.

BTN: $4.93
SB: $16
BB: $9.28
UTG: $5.81
MP: $4.03
Hero (CO): $5.62

Pre-Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
UTG calls $0.05, <font color="red">MP raises to $0.10</font>, Hero 3bets or set mines?

call...taking small pps multiway is always the best way. More opponents to pay you. Its different when it probably wont be multiway and pfr is probably making a position raise.
