minraise is only good on turn if it'll make him put more money in the pot than he would otherwise, either by 3bet bluffing (pretty unlikely in this spot) or calling when he would fold to a bigger raise (also unlikely)

so, just shove turn after timing down and hope he puts you on a semibluff and calls. if you've got history you could also raise to an obviously committing but less-than-shove amount, to make him think you're bluffing, but that may or may not work. couldnt hurt though!

The turn minraise is a nightmare. $305 seems better.
