Question, How are you a sprinter in HS weighing in at 190 and 5'10''. Isn't 190 like.. overweight for someone that height?

would you mind posting before/after pics? im curious what a super fast transition would look like...if you included diet/exercise that would be great as well...

Yeah, I will post pics when I do the full TR.

Cliffs notes: 6'0", started at 239.0, my all-time fattest, now at 208.0. Similar to Velocity Diet, only protein shakes and peanut butter during the week, one low-carb meal on Saturday night. One hour walking on treadmill @ 3.7 mph every day. 25 mg ephedrine + 200 mg caffeine 3x a day.

My "fighting weight" is ~180, so I've still got a ways to go, but I'm taking a break for a couple of weeks, then I'll probably go back to low-carb/weights/running.

All,

on the subject of water weight, no matter who the person is, less water is going to make you look leaner. this is magnified in a leaner person than a fat person.

really. i dont know anything about this but I always listen to howard stern in the morning and Robin did the 21 pounds in 21 days diet. And after she lost 22 pounds or something I thought she looked skinnier in pictures. they were not photoshopped or anything. Just regular ones they put on the site.

I would think it would make you look skinnier just using common sense. Like if I take a diuretic to get ripped before a bodybuiding contest you look skinner/more ripped.

I wrestled in HS, and I could EASILY look much skinnier in just 2 weeks. Its probably not the safest thing out there and it might not be good longterm, but....


OP, if you really want to look considerably better in 2 weeks then its going to be absolute hell on you. Follow this plan and I think you'll be good:

Eat between 0 and 750 calories per day, and try to average 300 or less. Do the following workout each day:

5 mile warmup run
then 2-3 hours of strenuous exercise


That was pretty much what I did for wrestling and it definitely worked. But obviously if you're in bad shape now you probably won't be able to keep that up for one day yet alone two weeks. Its hard work man...I'd suggest setting a more reasonable goal.
