Default Draw on turn against tricky TAG

We haven't tangled so much, but I know villain definitley can be a bit tricky and he's playing like 22/17/4.5. He should view me as a TAG. What is our plan? What if turn had been a blank?

Everest Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00/$4.00 (HH Converter by Kreatief)

CO ($543.60) (Hero)
Button ($452.40)
SB ($144.88)
BB ($204.00)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $18.00</font>, Button calls $18.00, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>,

Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ( $42 )
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $38.00</font>, Button calls $38.00,

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ( $118 )
Hero comes up with a brilliant plan!

85$, looks at the odds if he raises you.

CRAI can be good if he floats a lot in position.

i crai alot in this spot, but I don't think this is the best board for it. I'd like it alot more if the turn was a 4 and we had some floating history

With the draw heavy board, Im assuming he's raising his sets. You did say he was tricky, though. Check his turn aggression, if he's aggro Im c/r this board and calling his shove. If he checks, more power to him- free card for you.

I wouldnt put this decision in the hands of his turn aggression stat(especially because I never use that stat anyways)

Him raising the turn is worst case scenario and probably will not happen that much anyways. But if he does raise, and u do not have correct odds to call for a flush/gutshot, fold. I wouldnt could A/J as outs.

The problem I have with betting the turn is that he's only folding if he floated with you air on the flop, and we cant/shouldnt be 3 barreling the river on this board anyways. I kind of like c/call better here
