Jman, I know you play to compete more than anything else, but do you ever consider playing only 50/100 and below?

Let's say your expectation is to grind out $1 million or so for a year at these stakes (I have no idea what your true expectation would be doing this). The stress would be far lower Wouldn't it just be kind of nice? Or is the urge to compete with the best too strong?

I respect what all of the best players are doing. But if you look at the downswings you and Aba have suffered at the highest stakes recently, it just seems like such a tough gig when your long-term expectation $$ wise would have to be close to the same playing 50/100 (smaller stakes with a bigger edge).

I hope you start running well and make a nice score in a 300/600 heads up match soon.
