Hero has pot odds to call the hand down from 5th street onward. On both 5th and 6th streets, Hero's equity against Villain's best holding is more than enough to justify calling the hand all the way to the river.

No, you never raise 5th street. Opponent needs to have a Ten or worse in the hole to make you a favorite. That's very unlikely.

On 6th street, only raise your 9-5 draw if opponent catches a 4,T,J,Q,K.
