I 3 bet because the SB was shortstacked, but maybe I should have taken his raise as a sign of strength since he didn't just go all in?

On that flop I am shoving or calling a shove against unknowns.

I make it $3 preflop. Now it looks like UTG has 4.55 left and pot's around $6 so get him in there.
