Default party million aq small blind any other options

scenario: blinds 300-600 : 1500 left 750 cash. avg chip stack 14000. fairly tight table. i hold aq off in the small blind and chip stack of 9000. fifth position opens betting with raise to 1500 he holds 9500 chips. table folds to me. player has made similar raises before and won showdowns with smaller stacks showing a-9 and 77. i deduce it was a weak bet and i opt to go all in a win puts me at 19000 chips. he calls with a-j and we all know how party works, teasing me before i busted. flop was 4jk rainbow. just curious is there a better play here or was pushing the right move.

This is REALLY difficult to read, get your HH and use the converter.

This is a BBV post also, other than that you made the right move, got your money in as a 3:1 favorite and he caught. Sux.
