Default Comments on dead even eV call?

This 39-30 was extremely fed up with me crushing the tbl. He was calling every raise and folding to every cbet, just spewing $$$. I'm sure enough AK hi is still good after the PF 3bet that I call, but is it worth it at EXACTLY 50-50 eV?

Full Tilt Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $50
SB: $53.45
Hero (BB): $49.75

CO: $131.50

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG folds, CO raises to $1.75, 2 folds, Hero raises to $7, CO calls $5.25

Flop: ($14.25) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Turn: ($99.75) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: $99.75 Pot ($3 Rake)

He folds to every cbet.

Why then, the one time he raises do you push with such a slim/marginal holding?

Results orientated is 5050. Work out his actual range here then see if you like pushing all in or not...

replying to both Pokey and Hennnerz. Those pots were all ones which I opened pre and cbet the flop. This was the first 3bet pot we played. I new he wasnt folding any draw on this flop, and I put him on KQ more than anything and expected a flop call being ahead more like 70-30.

if you are crushing the table, why is your stack under the buy in? just wondering.

this hand is so ridiculously spewy i dont even know what to say. what range of hands are you putting villain on to even consider making this play? IMO, this is maniacaly bad. also, what hennerz and pokey said.
