I prob should have raised the flop,anything other than a min raise makes me pretty close to commited to the hand,i was just worried that anything he shoves my raise with im beaten,jj or the flush draw is all im beating.

I would snap call this and I don't think it's really that hard a decision. Your flop call looks like you're testing the waters, so it's ideal for opponent to push a marginal hand or try to push you off a marginal hand.
