Default Overpair on Paired Board against an Old man Raising

This is a live 5/5NL game in LA, $500 buyin. The game is playing loose passive and pretty soft all around.
Villain in this hand is an older black man in his 60's. No history or reads on him as the table had just began. My only read on him to start is in general I dont see super aggro bluffs/semibluffs from old guys as much. $400 effective stacks.
utg (villain) limps, EP limps, Hero on BTN with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] raises to 30, SB folds, BB folds, utg calls, EP calls.
Pot $95- Flop is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
utg checks, EP checks, Hero bets $65, utg C/R's to $165, EP folds, Hero?
My thoughts:
Things making me want to raise allin:
I dont have villain's range defined well it could be wide, but I dont know if he would limp and call with suited connectors containing a 9. I doubt he limps AA, or KK and doesnt 3bet me. His raise is small which may be a feeler raise intended to get me to fold all missed hands like AK, etc. He may figure his PP of 88, TT, 77, etc. is good although I would really expect a check/call from those. I dont think I can call. That would leave a pot of $430 with only a $200bet left for the turn. Its push or fold right?

Tells: I began dialogue with the guy and he was fairly relaxed, leaning back and talking to a passer by. I asked him some questions, one being how much he had left. He responded, "You are planning on putting me allin, arent you?" I said, " I am certainly not calling. and, he said " you have a Big pair dont you?", I said Yes. He then hesitated for a second and said, "you could make a hero fold." but not in a beggin like tone, more like in a very lackadasical tone. Does this dialogue sway you one way?

Lay the queens down. You've got an old man trying to suck you in.
