Answered my own question:

http://www.tristateracetrack.com/pla...b/default.aspx

"Must be 18 to join and must have a valid photo ID. "

http://www.tristateracetrack.com/abo...ful_hints.aspx

"You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into the Mardi Gras area."
"Children under 16 must be attended by parents at all times; however, anyone under 18 is not permitted in mutuel lines or gaming areas."

[/ QUOTE ]

FYI - Mountaineer website says you must be 21 to enter the poker room.

Im dumb, but what does "with a minimum bet of $2 to $4" mean? No one 1/2?

It means they have a 2/4 Limit game. Obviously, there isn't a bet limit on NL games.

Local news was saying that the limit games were going to be 2/4 limit and 10/20 limit. If they do spread 10/20 successfully then /drool.
Else I'm sure there will be plenty of 1/2 NL and hopefully 2/5 or higher.
Will give trip report tomorrow.

For you Wheeling will be closer. It is right off of I-70 in Wheeling. Mountaineer is closer for those coming from the north such as Cleveland and Youngstown. I am not sure how much closer though since getting to Mountaineer is like traveling through "Deliverance" country since there are no major roads leading to it. ;-)

Trip reports from all, please!

10% to $5- is that with a jackpot drop, or straight rake?

Who operates that facility?
