I would probably play it similarly except bet less on turn so that river blank can be bluffed with bigger bet. Leaving him $2 means he's obviously going to showdown. I understand the feeling that the turn card could not have helped him, but if he's going to fold there he probably folds to a smaller bet too and then maybe you can make him make a decision on a bad river.

PF: there is the problem with raising A2xx w/o (w/o any sort of fd at all and not really any straight cards either) strong cards in not great position. Now you have 2 limpers in front of you, you are most likely getting called by these ppl. This is .5/1 10 handed, ppl suck and you will get a bunch of calls in front and behind you.
Flop: Yayyy, only 2 players called you. Pretty good flop for you 369. Against a random set of hands that might be calling a PSB, you're 77 could be good and you have the LD.
When UTG checks to you, I bet but I hate myself b/c there is a good chance that I will get r/r ai here and I have a good enough hand that I will probably have to call, but my hand pretty much sucks.
Turn: At .5/1 they are not folding LD and he might have hit K. Make it like 1/2-2/3PSB so you have some form of FE on river.

This hand basically comes down to PF and all the problems come from the fact that this shouldnt have been raised pf in this position

Shut down on the turn.

With a bare low draw, this play is spewy IMO and a speculative semi-bluff against non-thinking ultra-loose villain will not work too often.

You can't say that without looking at the big picture. Yes of course, in isolation, raising pre-flop from EP with this hand is not optimal. But if he only raises AA23 from EP then he's not going to get a whole lot of action, now is he.

Once he hits a favorable flop -- and he might have the best hand after the flop -- not betting the hand is terrible.

Reasonable people can disagree about the turn. I would bet it but for less, as I've said.

In your experience do people with these stats - villain has the following PT-stats: 61.7/3.7/1.17- or $100 PLO8 player in general, pay attention to how often you raise or from what position the raise comes from? It seems to me if you want to disguise your monsters by raising more you should do it form late position… I’m not saying the raise was good or bad (table conditions will dictate that) I just don’t think considering meta game reasons for making an early position raise has value here.
