Default SnG to cashgames

I'm a very successful live cashgame player, and a decently successful single and multiplayer SnG player but I can't seem to play online ring games at all. Anyone else have this problem? It seems like at small/micro stakes, i can't play loose because no one folds, but I can't play tight because I don't get enough hands to make money.
I really wanna switch over to ring games online but am having trouble

Thanks,
Cato
