Hi, I never done this before but I need someone who can do a webpage for me. I only need 1 page where I can put 2-3 banners and some text. Is 10$ good for this kind of job or it's too little?

Srry about that, I was too lazy to read the FAQ. I have done a reward thread in the software forum and it was ok so I assumed I could do this anywhere. Feel free to delete this thread.
