OK, lets go through the standard lines.

Value Betting: Are you going to get called by worse hands? I think so. All kinds of Ax hands are still calling. I would have trouble putting him on AQ or AK since almost everyone raises these from the button. If he was 40/0 type then I would be worried, but you don't have that information at this point.

c/c or c/f: I don't like c/c at all. Players that limp on the button are usually not going to bluff a missed draw or Ax on this board. So I think that if you check and he bets you are toast. The questions is whether you are enough toast to still not call given the odds. I would use timing tells for that. If he pushes instantly, fold. If he takes a while, a call is probably OK.

Final conclusion: I push.
