Default Stars $50 - Queen high flush on paired board

PF raiser was a LAG donk who was raising small very often and donking off air repeatedly. I know QTs is not a great holding, but i figure many people are likely to call, and if i hit a hand this donk may decide to stack off air again, so i called to see what would flop.

Main villain i only had like 12 hands on at that point. He was 20% PF, and basically hadn't played a hand up until that point.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($63.10)
MP3 ($49.40)
CO ($45.50)
Button ($78.15)
SB ($46.25)
BB ($49.35)
UTG ($58.10)
UTG+1 ($59.45)
MP1 ($47.75)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $1, MP3 calls $1, CO calls $1, 1 fold, SB calls $0.75, 1 fold.

Flop: ($5.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 bets $2, Hero calls $2, MP3 calls $2, CO folds, SB folds.

Paired board sucks, but this guy c-bets air here i figure 90% of the time, and i have 2 overcards + a flush draw. If someone wakes up behind me with a big raise i'm planning to just fold.

Turn: ($11.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $6, MP3 calls $6, UTG+1 folds.

I hit my flush, and tight players probably would not have K6s or 96s, so i'm really only losing to Ax of clubs, 66 or 99. I only bet like 2/3 here because i want to bet, but if there's a big raise behind me depending on who it is i may have to fold anyway. It's big enough that it denies odds for the a of clubs to call, but he may call anyway.

When that guy calls, I think about what he could have. He didn't raise the turn, so i think a full house is unlikely. He could have a flush, which i may or may not beat. He could have like a pair and a club, or maybe he's just overplaying the ace of clubs.

River: ($23.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets $6, Hero calls $6

The river was a blank, and I thought about betting again, but if i'm betting in the $10-15 range i think if i'm called i probably do not win here. Is check/call a bad line? I figure maybe he tries a bluff if he whiffed, and maybe he still bets a weaker flush, but it prevents me from getting bluffed out in a pot i have a very good chance of winning.

Of course getting over 4-1 with the Q high flush i have to call $6 on the river.

Do you think this was an ok line, or should i have played it differently?

Bet like at least half the pot on the river and fold to any large raise.

Bet folding river is better than check-calling.

Yeah i am full of crap. This hand did not happen 3 hands later. He was playing this way throughout the session. Suckouts + only donking off $10 at a time etc with air gave him an above avg stack . . . until he blew it like you said didn't happen.

Bet $9.50 on the turn. I kind of like shoving the river.

Open shove. Sorry it was worded badly. As played I don't know, but probably just call. I think its played really badly to this point.

i agree. tho thats why the bet on the turn needed to b bigger. leaves 1SPR, so obvi nice spot to push.

i like ~9.5 on the turn.

as played...i think i bet/call. too much value lost by checkin the river. sure...sometimes he will have 56/99, but its a rare event. much more likely he has random crap, small flushes, 87...that kind of stuff.
