Loose passive--Tell me more about that chair please. I'd like to know if anyone has heard about this study which says it's bad to sit straight up...can't find it. Anyone heard of it?

basically that study is 100% wrong

www.uprighting.com

edit to say, forcing yourself up straight is incorrect and tiring. falling straight down on your butt bones is proper and you'll fall forward a little, which is why your feet need to be in front to balance

i have one of those kneeling chairs. it's awesome up until two to three hours, then i need to take a short break. it's hard on my surgically repaired knees. i'm sure if they were 100%, it'd be 100% better than a normal chair.

My knees are completely healthy. Still didn't like the ergonomic chair. Was uncomfortable after an hour or so. It's now sitting in my garage.
