Default 99 in blind vs. blind battle

This is from the $10 deepstack on PS. Villain came to the table a few orbits ago with as many chips as he does now. I haven't been in too many hands with him but last time it was folded to me in sb i raised and he folded.

I probably have a very LAGish image. I have avg stack, villain is in top 20. I can't see him having a big ace here as he prob would've re-popped me preflop. Should I give up after first min raise/ or on turn? Or should I go with my gut and push turn.

Is there anyway he ever lays down an ace here? Thoughts?

fold to min raise on flop, and if u get to the turn, definitely shutdown, as now even if he had the draw, u beat nothing. even with showing strength on the flop i still dont think he will fold an ace

You don't have to win every hand to win a tourney.

It's ok to occasionally 3 bet the flop, but I don't see anyway that your hand is good on the turn. I'd prefer to fold to the min raise on the flop most of the time.

You now have 1/3 of your stack in so any more betting would commit you.

Only a push COULD get him to fold but even then it's highly, highly unlikely.

Check/fold.

Can you show the 99 on Stars when you fold? If so, I would.
