Yes , I am still waiting for my refund. They told me it should be fixed on Tuesday. This is getting ridiculous.

If I want to cash out, do they only keep the 20 if you haven't cleared the bonus [if you accepted it] is that the other issue?

I have an email from them at 7:20pm tonite [2nd one this week] that says the $100 has been credited to my account. It has not been credited. Their site STILL shows me with the $100 'prop' loss for the Pitt game.
I am really angry with them, it is inexcusable to twice say it has been credited when they are flat out lying. Don't tell your customers the money is in the account when it ain't. fellas.

I was told online by support to phone them.
What is the problem ?" I asked
" I have been instructed not to discuss the matter."
" Where are you located? "
" I cannot reveal our location to you."
" I want to know what timezone you are in."
" Where are you?"
" Las Vegas."
" We are 3 hours ahead er behind no ahead of you."
I called customer service gave them my details and was put on hold for 16 minutes when I terminated my call.

For those of you who have recently cashed out of WWTS, how long did it take for them to pay, assuming you didn't have any problems related to the free bets or bonus rollover?
