Did CO fold? Without reads I would c/f this flop vs. two other players and fold to MP's bet. I can't see any hands that MP would lead multiway then fold to a raise. He probably peels with all pairs, flush draws & straight draws. Playing any 4-straight or diamond turn OOP is difficult, especially in with a larger pot after a flop c/r. Even if you turn an off suit A or K it's a bad spot.

fold, unless he donks flops habitually. a raise puts more of your stack in the pot then you want to here, folding if he shoves and has a pair (77,88-qq) is wrong as you have about 35% equity. and would be getting about 2-1

This board sucks. OOP I don't think a cr is as good as a PS cb. If I'm the villan I'm going to assume you're fooling around if you cr because an overpair would NOT want to give a free turn card on a board like this.

His flop bet doesn't look like a draw unless its a combo draw which you are behind. Looks more like a made hand.

I'd fold here.

As a side note to this. I would expect an overpair to bet so little on this flop.
