Count me in on this law suit aswell.
Ill gladly pay some dollars to resolve this.

I find it strange that Nancy Ross and Pokes support has two different reasons for the delay.
Nancy claiming it to be becouse of the rolling reserve, and support is claiming it to be any other reason.
Looks to me like they are just stalling.
Anyone with big cashout that has been paid all their money?

2006-10-01 NETeller processed 1,102.00
2006-10-03 NETeller pending 1,172.00
2006-10-30 NETeller pending 2,173.00

the withdraw made on the first of oct came trough nov 13, but sins then i have received no word from them except the mail saying the will start to payout on dec 8 wich was a lie.

Mails i have sent have bounced back from futurebet player support saying pokes handles their own cashouts.

US legislation does not affect me in this matter..

US neteller legislation does not affect me in this matter.

I have recived the standard info from affiliates and players that it is futurebet that is behind this.

Ok everybody, I am taking preliminary steps toward legal action. I want everybody to post exact amounts and dates for all cashouts from Pokes Poker, including those that have been payed out, from October 1st onward. If you feel more comfortable emailing me privately, that is fine. It's time to get movin, it's time to get payed.

Also guys, make sure you have printed or visual records of everything that has taken place, and the amounts of the cashouts, JUST IN CASE something happens and the site disappears or whatever. FIGHT ON! Tony

Ya I'm down for a lawsuit. I just spent $500 on a lawsuit with BETonSPORTS the other day, so I guess I'll throw some money at this problem too. I cashed out $20k at the end of Sept. I received two $2500 payments in Oct and a $5k payment on Dec 30th. I am still owed $10k, and just canceled my Neteller cashout a few weeks ago and requested a cashiers check instead. I have not received a confirmation email from Pokes acknowledging my cashout.
