Default Full TIlt account frozen, stolen from genuine player.

Heres the story guys. I started fulltilt poker on Jun 30 20:03 with 400 dollars. Played 1/2 9mans, up and up, to 2/4 and did well. I went up to I would like to say 7k range. I cashed out like 5, and kept playing, tried 5/10 and did okay, not great. Anyways, I took my money off, as my life schedule got much more hectic and came back to FTP in October. I dropped 600 on deposit in the same account (and have no others) and ran it up to 13k in a month. I play mostly cash games, and started out in 2/4 and 3/6 heads up. I had my downswings don't get me wrong, but I am a good player, and am feeling odd about having to defend myself for winning. I then withdrew 5k on Nov 24th. I wanted some free cash as I was running a little short in my bank account. It cleared and I continued to play. Then the nightmare started. Nov. 24th i signed up for RAKETHERAKE. I wanted to get some rakeback on the 2.7k i gifted them in rake for the 3weeks of november. Next time I try to log in, was the qualifier for IRON MAN Aussie freeroll, that they give to "appreciated players" ha, what a joke. My password doesn't work. I try frantically to get new passwords, to get into the tournament. I give up when I'm blinded away, and hear back from support:

Hello Alan,

Thank you for taking the time to email us again.

I would simply like to apologize, once again, for the inconvenience that
this situation has caused you. Rest assured that your balance of
$8823.78 is safe and secure in your player account until a full
resolution has been reached regarding your account investigation.

Please understand that account audits such as these may take a bit
longer than expected depending on the amount of information that is
required to gather. Of course, with any account audits, it is crucial
for the audit department to compile all the information that is
necessary to make an informed and fair decision. Because the audit
department is separate from us, we will not be able to provide you with
a full timeframe or any details as to the progress of your account
situation.

We can only ask that you please be patient and we certainly hope to
provide you with a more definite answer shortly.

Once again, we thank you for your continued patronage and loyalty you
have given to our site.

I don't understand why I'm being treated this way. I have shown a lot
of
loyalty to this site to the tune of 2.7 thousand dollars this month, and
my
money is being held without more explanation than to wait. Don't get
me
wrong, I have had great experiences with the site but it has already
been a
week now and would like to get back to being a customer again. I just
need
to know what's going on here.

Hello Alan,

I appreciate your continued patience during this routine audit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an accurate timeline for how
these audits progress, and therefore we will not offer any sort of
definitive completion time. I understand that this can be frustrating,
but it alleviates the problem of providing incorrect information. Once
we receive word from the person performing the audit of any updates, we
pass this information on to the player straight away.

Again, I apologize immensely for the seemingly vague responses to your
inquiries, but they are necessary to ensure the security and integrity
of the investigation.

I hope that you understand that we only take these steps to ensure the
safety of all the players on our site.

If there is anything we can do to help, don't hesitate to get back to
us.

Hello Alan,

Thanks for your email.

I apologize for the delay in informing you the status of your account.
There are a number of issues which must be resolved before we can give
you an accurate picture of what is going on with your account and
sometimes they can take quite a while.

While we do our own internal investigations in these audits, we must
also communicate with any payment processor involved as they also need
to conduct an investigation. Occasionally this can be quite lengthy; it
may even take longer than month. Let me reassure you that the moment
that we have concluded the investigation a customer support
representative will contact you informing you the status of your
account. I understand your frustration in not being informed for nearly
two weeks and we are working on new ways to inform our customers what is
happening with their account and funds in a much more timely manor.

Thank you for your cooperation, and if there's anything else we can help
you with, please let us know.

so they say my friend, lee, cheated in losing money to me...I actually sucked him out big, on my set to his nut flush boating on the river. But besides the point, couldn't he just transfer me money if we wanted to launder money or something? Why would we want to get raked when it can be done for free? I had Lee send them an email about it, and have yet to hear back.

CLIFF NOTES:sorry about hte disorganization...I am a 6 months player on Fulltilt, and played over 2 years ago on UB. My account is frozen for 2 months for a "internal audit". I get an email saying i was chip dumping when playing a friend heads up, and they keep 8.8 thousand and 750 in rakeback owed. It just doesnt add up.

Did you and your "friend" play in tournaments (small MTT or SNG) together? They say "chip dumping" rather than "collusion", so that's what makes me wonder if it is a tournament thing?

They have very good software that triggers and flags certain gameplay anomalies that would suggest complicity between players...

And yes- Having 3 guys together on the phone or IM while in a $1000 SnG, colluding and then dumping their chips into the leader is a huge advantage...

Once upon a time, I had a few grand tied up in a paypal account that got "frozen" while a bunch of unqualified $9.00 an hour "Paypal Investigators" combined their two digit IQ's to resolve an issue with a dishonest buyer.
It came out in my favor, but I learned hard-and-fast that any "online account" that holds money without external oversight or recourse beyond their own "internal decision" is one retard away from being vaporcash.
I cash-down all of my online financials- poker, paypal and stocks- bi-monthly or after a big score.
