Underage ganbling ruling

ive played casions before and get in no problem, but whats happens to your chips if your caught without ID so thre is no proof that im not 21. would the casino take your chips, or cash them in for you and then escort you off the premesis??? i dont need toknow about the legal stuff just about what happens to your chips
