Villain is 20/14/3 or so, a bad regular. I have been playing back at him a lot. How big should I fire here?

since almost any legit bet sets up the pot for a river shove I would bet on the smaller side to get his weaker overpairs to tag along, $150?

if hes a floater CR if he is more likely to have something like TT JJ i vote for 165- 175

I agree, smallish bet is best, somewhere around 120-150. push river obviously
