Very fine, I used a food processor. No reason not to use corn flour, I just had some tortillas that I wanted to use up, and I thought they'd look cool as a garnish as well. It was tasty, but it was a lot more mild than I was hoping it would be. I think I shouldn't have discarded the poblano seeds, or maybe I could have added some cumin or something. To be honest I was a lot more pleased with how my entree turned out, than I was with the soup.
