A-5 Lowball: Is KK lower than AA?

In A-5, Aces are played as low. So does that mean a pair of Aces is the lowest pair?
I'm guessing probably not, since that would just be too weird, but I'd like some confirmation just in case.

its like that in razz so id assume its like that in a-5

A pair of aces is the best pair in A-5, just like in Razz.
