Default Cheesy, un\'trust\'worthy move from AbsolutePoker

Hi, new poster here.

I play Absolute Poker's Blackjack a lot, along with various poker tournaments. Their blackjack has a Royal Match option that up until today, was pretty decent. After logging in and downloading a new update today, I started some blackjack as I normally do. I was quickly down several hundred bucks and figured it was just a bad run of cards. It didn't even cross my mind to check the royal match odds until later. Sure enough the odds were changed considerably. The royal match (queen king suited) went from 25 to 1 to 20 to 1. The suited blackjack went from 5 to 1 to 3 to 1 and any two suited cards went from 3.5 to 1 to 1.5 to 1!!

Shame on me for not noticing earlier, but I play all 3 spots on the blackjack table at a time and just wasn't paying attention.

I really can't believe AbsolutePoker would do this without explaining it to the players. Usually there is a webpage you can go to that explains all the changes made in a new software update, but not this time. Makes me wonder what else they change without saying anything.

For a company claiming to be the 'most trusted', this is very unprofessional and I've lost all trust in them.

OP

playing blackjack online is an -EV game. unless you are doing just it for fun and expect to lose money in the long term, dont play.

AP, in general, has gone downhill in most areas.

Poker, any form of it, is by far the prime either for entertainment or to 'make a living'. All other 'casino' games could best be described as......... well....... disctraction. Ofcourse this is my personal opinion.

You mean AP made a signifigant rule change in something and tried to hide it? I don't believe it, AP would never do that. [/sarcasm]
