u could cr the turn if hes not the type to valuebet 8x on the river but will showdown, this is fine tho if u think hed play a set or straight this fast

If you don't cap the flop I think you have to raise the turn, call down if he three bets the turn. There are a lot more hands in his range than AA and QQ.

if this guy is goingn to SD a lot I like to cap the flop and lead the turn. If he is a laggy player who will get very aggro on the flop, but possibly fold the turn if you are playing back then I like to let him keep the lead and c/r the turn.
