Here's the original that doesn't have the expletive in the title. This is why Paul always brings up that he's basically running on Bush's foreign policy in 2000 in which he criticized Clinton/Gore and it won.

So apparently the reason for all the money today for Paul was an email sent out urging people to donate soon because they need to have collected *and spent* a lot of money by the middle of December in order to get the advertising for all the early states.

I had wondered about this too. Dec 16th is mighty late for the early states.
