Have u recently started a new medication? Are there any blisters on your penis? It sounds like an allergic reaction. There are also a number of fungi/ bacteria that can cause your symptoms. I would go see a Dermatologist real soon or your primary/ student health if u can't get a derm appt.

I would try a topical corticosteroid, like hydrocortisone, that should relieve the itching.

Thanks for posting something that's actually helpful. I don't have any blisters or health insurance so I'm not going to get it checked out by a professional. The only medication I take is an albuterol inhaler for my asthma which I've been taking for years so it's not a reaction.

I would go to the ER immediately. A change in penile blood flow could indicate a blot clot. If that clot cuts off circulation to your junk for long enough, you could end up with no penis.

I don't know about you, but my penis is priceless. Insurance or no insurance I'd be in the ER in a heartbeat.
