Godfather in an 11 seems just about invincible. It sucks to be the miller, but it sucks more not to have one.

The thing is though if you play a normal 11er with a godfather wolf, 9 people peek as villager, and only 1 as wolf

Having there be 7 villager peeks and 3 wolf peeks allows for more strategy and you can fake seer with a wolf peek more often.
