You can raise it preflop but no real need. Flop/turn/river are standard.

You don't raise this flop as a semibluff?
Would you raise the flop if it was QJx where x is a rag lower than 8? |

QJ8 you should not raise as a semi-bluff because your only action comes from sets and the made straight. You can semi-bluff raise to knockout competing draws on a qj2 board, but then you open door for top or middle set to come over the top and you dont want to get this hand in on the flop because you have position.
