Mouse problem

I just picked up a new laptop (Dell Inspiron - thanks to all who helped me pick the specs) and I have a slight problem with my mouse. Sometimes when the pointer is over a link, it automatically clicks the link without me doing anything. This is obviously a problem when my mouse is sitting on the 'call' or 'fold' button, as it selects the option without me doing anything. Can anyone help me fix this? Thanks.

I can't find it on my PC, but I have seen this before and can't remember where we "fixed it". I would check Control Panel > Mouse, and Control Panel > Accessability Options.
