I agree with DD the reason why shoving here is good because a lot of the time villain will think like this.
Durrrr I have 77 I need to see where I am at bet/fold.
However you need to make sure
He doesn't think oh noe I was supposed to bet/fold, but he probably has a FD or AK I'm going to call despite the fact I planned on bet folding.

I think this is more likely on this board at this level.

a 38/16 player is not limping AK preflop and then calling that raise preflop. i think he limps AK about 1% of the time and if he does limp it he would shove over my raise preflop.

also, calling seems like spew. when these guys bet 1/3 pot into the preflop raiser (150) you can count on two more small/medium bets almost all the time.
